Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure a provisional booking. Cancellation must be in writing and the following applies in regard to the deposit:
1 – 7 Days – 100 % of the deposit is forfeited
8 – 14 Days – 75 % of the deposit is forfeited
15 – 30 Days – 50 % of the deposit is forfeited
All refunds are subject to R100 administration fee.

Check-in Time: 14h00 to 18h00
Check-out time: 10h00
(Unless arrangements have been made with management for late arrival or departure)
Terms & Conditions
- Right of admission is reserved.
- Visitors enter the reserve and partake in any activities at their own risk.
- No pets are allowed into the reserve.
- Please only light fires in designated places and extinguish all fires, cigarette butts etc.
- Please use rubbish bins provided.
- Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and the use of generators is not allowed.
- No driving in your own vehicle at night.
- No animals, insects or plants may be damaged or disturbed in any way.
- As it is wished that your stay will be pleasant and memorable, please adhere to any signs and instructions of staff.
- No credit card facilities.
